  • Fully Managed Identity Recovery Services for you and up to three generations of family! If you or your covered family member suspects identity theft, or your personal information becomes compromised as a result of a lost purse or wallet, a break-in, lost laptop or data breach, or other event, we can help. Simply contact University Credit Union, and a representative will verify your information and securely submit your case to a Personal Recovery Advocate, who will contact you directly by phone. This professional, certified and licensed Recovery Advocate will, depending on your case, complete the recovery work on your behalf, report progress along the way, and be there for you until your good name is restored – no matter how long it takes!   • Identity Theft Expense Reimbursement Insurance- up to $25,000* - you may receive reimbursement for out of pocket expenses incurred during the identity recovery process up to the program limit, including reimbursement for lost wages, attorney’s fees, and other expenses.   • Entitlement to Credit Monitoring – If you decide to activate this service you will receive alerts of changes to your credit file that could signal identity theft. We can even send the alerts to you in a text message for ease of use and rapid communication. The entitlement is applicable to primary accountholders age 18 and older who have a valid credit file. Note: You must follow an easy activation process in order to receive the benefits of credit monitoring. If you are a checking primary accountholder, learn how you can activate your no-cost credit monitoring and enter your enrollment ID to get started. Be sure to complete your profile and answer the identity authentication questions to activate this service.
