Welcome to our Social Media Platform!

University Credit Union is committed to providing its members with a social media platform in addition to our traditional lines of communication in order to more effectively  and efficiently  interact with our team.   It is University Credit Union’s mission to provide our current and future members with a variety of quality financial services and educational resources to help improve their financial status and enhance their overall experience with their hometown Credit Union.   We are committed to listening, responding and when appropriate to take action on your feedback for a more personal service experience. 

University Credit Union promises to be transparent in all its communication and to provide a response to each feedback in a timely manner.  While, we strive to provide each of our members with the answers they seek, due to legal and privacy concerns we may not be able to do so in a public forum.  Responses requiring additional identifiable information will require the member to either e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., call our Member Care Center at 786.425.5000 or to visit their nearest branch location.  Please do not post or send us any personal identifying information such as, but not limited to name, address, social security number, date of birth, account #, or any other information that can compromise your identity and/or safety.   University Credit Union will NEVER ask you for this information using these forums.       

While, we encourage our members to actively participate in online discussions we ask that you please be polite and courteous.  We will ensure not to foster dialogue that we deem to be inappropriate, at any time.  University Credit Union reserves the right to determine what content is deemed as inappropriate.  Further, University Credit Union will not tolerate harassment of any kind.   Although not an exclusive list, some specific examples of prohibited conduct include posting commentary, content, or images that are defamatory, pornographic, proprietary, harassing, libelous, or that which can create a hostile /victimized environment such as discrimination (including age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, political affiliation, disability, or marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local laws, regulations or ordinances). 

Violators will be banned without exception

All postings should come from a real person and Facebook, Linkedin or Twitter profile.  Postings from fake or anonymous profiles will be deleted.   We reserve the right to use our judgement in selecting the messages that e reply to and to remove content posted to any of our social media platforms that violate these guidelines.

Only authorized representatives can speak and act on behalf of University Credit Union.  Anyone else, not designated to communicate within the forum that you use (Facebook, Linkedin,  & Twitter) is not acting or speaking on behalf of University Credit Union.
