Once logged in to e*branch, open the main menu on the left hand side of the screen and locate Services.  From within that menu click on Stop Payment and fill in the information on the adjoining screen.  You must choose single or multiple checks as well as the account and check number(s) you wish to place a stop payment on.  Click on Request Stop Payment to submit.

Simply click on Forgot Password just below the password box when you go to login.  Provide your User ID.  Select how you wish to receive your security access token, email, text or telephone depending on what you have previously set up.  Follow the onscreen instructions and update your password.

Of course.  Once logged in to e*branch, open the main menu on the lefthand side of the screen and locate Services.  From within that menu click on Card Management.  An image of your card should appear on the right along with options to enable or disable the card.  Check the box to either turn your card off(Disabled) or check it again to turn back on (Enabled).

  

Yes, once logged in to e*branch, open the main menu on the lefthand side of the screen and locate Services.  From within that menu click on Card Management.  An image of your card should appear on the right along with options to enable or disable the card.  Below that image should appear a box that states "Travel notifications".  Click on that box and you will be taken to a new screen that will ask you to provide the following information which includes where will you be traveling and a contact number where you may be reached.

Once logged in to e*branch, open the main menu on the left hand side of the screen and locate Statements. Here you will find 3 options. Option 1 is Account Statements which are the statements for your University Credit Union accounts. Option 2 is Card Statements which are your University Credit Union Mastercard statements. The last option is Statement Delivery Preferences which is where you would go to enroll in e-statements. **Please note** electronic statements are not enabled by default. Members must enroll via the Statement Delivery Preferences function.

In e*branch, open the main menu on the left hand side of the screen and locate Transactions.  On the sub menu you will see Online Activity as an option and click on it.  The right hand screen will provide you with three options; Single Trasnaction, Recurring Transaction and Mobile Deposit.  If you choose Mobile Deposit, the screen will show the last 10 days of deposit history.  Click on the deposit item to see additonal details incuding the status of the deposit.  If you need additional help, you may contact our Call Center Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm at 786.425.5000.

Membership

Membership is available to University of Miami, Florida International University and St. Thomas University faculty, staff, students, alumni and their immediate families.  Additionally, anyone working or living in Miami-Dade County is eligible for Membership as well as anyone working in the Legal Field in Law Firms, the Court System or in any business that provide services to the legal community in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties is eligible for membership in University Credit Union.

Membership is limited to your immediate household.  However, if the relative is living locally at least part of the year then they may be eligible for membership.  Please contact us at 786.425.5000 so we may better assist you.
