Branch Closures Due to Coronavirus

Dear Members: 


Due to the current Coronavirus situation and the Safer at Home policy from Miami-Dade County the Annual Meeting for University Credit Union is postponed.


As many of you already know the Coronavirus Pandemic is impacting our community in ways never anticipated, but please know that your University Credit Union is here for you and doing everything we can to continue to provide you “World Class Member Service”

In order to best protect both our members and team members, University Credit Union is adhering to strict CDC Guidance for “Social Distancing” and are temporarily closing the following branches until further notice effective March 20, 2020.

Jackson Medical Center Branch - Park Plaza West, Suite J, 1611 NW 12th Avenue, Miami, FL 33136 - CLOSED

FIU Biscayne Bay Campus Branch - Wolfe University Center, Room 142, 3000 NE 151st Street, North Miami, FL 33181 - CLOSED


In addition to these branch closures, the following branches will have their lobbies closed effective Monday March 23, 2020.

FIU Modesto A. Maidique Campus Branch – Blue Parking Garage 10880 SW 16th Street, Miami, FL 33199 - by appointment only
UM Red Road Branch - 6250 SW 57th Avenue, Miami, FL 33143 - by appointment only
West Kendall Center Branch - 13241 SW 136th Street, Miami, FL 33186 - Drive Thru Open regular business hours. In person visits by appointment only.

Should you require personal attention, please call 786.425.5000 to schedule an appointment.

University Credit Union would also like to remind you that your finances are secure.  Services are readily available to you via our ATMs, e*branch, mobile e*branch, Automated Account Phone, Remote Deposit Capture, VISA Debit Card and Mastercard Credit Card plus the Shared Services network where available.  

We would like to remind everyone to be vigilant and use caution to protect yourself from financial scams while navigating through the large amount of information provided on the Internet.  If you do not know the origins of an email, it is probably best to refrain from further communication.
Your University Credit Union remains steadfast and here to assist all Members with your financial needs.  We will all get through these challenging times together.
